Will a 56mm cylinder kit fit a 064

http://sawparts.ca/products/stihl-064-066-ms650-ms660-big-bore-cylinder-kit-nikasil-56mm

It seems that YES a 56mm aftermarket cylinder is available for the Stihl 064. Looking at the kit you need to just replace Cylinder, Piston and rings, bearing bush and clips. Worth also replacing the base gasket too.

3 inches is approximately 70 or so mm so i would say you have a bad drum on your toner

27mm - charge roller - Replace toner
75mm - Photosensitive Drum - Replace toner
34mm - Developing Roller - Replace toner
39mm - Transfer roller - clean/replace transfer roller
57mm - Fuser Film - Replace Fuser

PARTNER K950 CONCRETE SAW NO FUEL TO CYLINDER

If all parts are installed properly, then the problem has to be in the cylinder / compression. Have the saw checked for compression and have a pressure / vacuum test done to the saw.

How do i convert my 1.25 to a 2in so i can use the meade 56mm 2in eyepiece?

The ETX90 may not have enough back focus for a 1.25 to 2 inch adapter. You will need 1.6 in extra focus. (Try putting a eyepiece barely in the holder and see if you can focus CAREFULLY!) a 56mm eyepiece will seriously vignette since the opening of the scope is only 1.25 inch so do not expect a wide field.
Link below is for an adapter

The manafacturer of the piston you are going to use has a specefic piston to clyinder fit. Use the service manual to determine the sizeing needed.have it measured and honed by a machine shop.

Cylinder head skim

From my understanding, the combustion area of the head should have a diameter that is the same as the cylinder i.e. 56mm. If you took 0.5mm from a standard head, your squish would PROBABLY be Ok, however, you need to measure this. Its quite easy, poke a piece of solder wire in to the cylinder via the spark plug hole and trap it between the piston and the head by gently turning the engine over with the kickstarter by hand. Remove the squashed solder wire and measure with a set of vernier calipers. 0.8mm is about right and as Elf said, anything below this is getting a bit close. Do this for the front, back and left and right of each cylinder. Reducing the squish only has only a moderate effect on the compression ratio and does not require higher octane fule. I did this for mine and it was fine - so you 'should' be Ok.
