I'm afraid you'll have to give us more information than this - the code is meaningless unless we know the make and model of camera to which it refers

Car just about to crank but won't

Car batteries last roughly 6-7 years, maybe a bit more depending on abuse and usage.
Chances are yours is at it's end of life period.
What happens is they get sulphured up internally after several years, the battery is also made up of a series of lead plate sections effectively in series ( 6 plates generally) each plate is 2 volts so 6 x 2 =12volts. When you try to start your motor huge current is drawn from the battery and what happens is one or more of the plates deform and shorts out to another plate thereby reducing the available voltage and also sufficient current to either make the starter motor solenoid activate correctly and even if it does, then there is not enough current/energy in the battery to make the starter motor turn the engine over.
Answer...buy a new battery.

How do I reset the intermatic EI400 light timer

Copy following link to identify Ei400 series programmable countdown timer and download possible manual:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-timers-and-manuals.html#Ei200

Hold down ON/OFF button and fully press-and-release small round reset button using paper clip.
Keep holding ON/OFF button until display changes

This timer uses CR2 battery installed in tray below the buttons.
Reset timer after installing new battery.
If functionality is not restored after new battery install and reset, then timer has gone bad.
This timer has 1 year limited warranty through Intermatic for defects in workmanship.

Ei400 can be wired for single-pole or 3-way.
Timer requires no neutral wire since battery operates the timer and relay circuit

HELP with my problem to my Question and added details

A good hot battery shoulde do it. Have you had any problems with the security system? That's all that should keep it from starting now. Have you put a socket on the crank bolt to make sure the engine is not seized and turns freely?
Good luck.

Mower battery keeps going dead. New battery, new ignition switch, dead in two days. My hour meter stays on even when the ignition is off, so I unplugged it, no help.

There should be a battery relay between the battery and the ignition switch. This relay activates by the keyswitch supplying a feed back to relay while in the on position, causing the relay to latch and powering up the entire electrical system. Chances are this relay has failed in the closed position causing the fuel solenoid and start relay to have power all the time, which will drain the battery in a day or two. A quick fix is to install a disconnect switch on the negative side of the battery which you can shut off when you are done with the machine. Hope this helps.

When batteries discharge during ac power it could indicate charger failure or micro failure or some other wierdness. makers do not release cd info. The best thing is.. buy another one as they can be very difficult to repair and of course they are dangerous, batteries are always live, waiting to bite you. I have worked on and repaired such circuits as the AP 200 series resonant converter and selling and hiring UPS for a long time. Beyond the simple easy checks youhave done the time it takes to understand how they work can better be used.

ZD7000 Lights, no fans, power switch not working.............

Dismantled notebook thinking compressed air removed component or connection. Nothing. Reassembled most of notebook. Left battery and power disconnected for 6.5 hours, I later plugged only AC power into unit. Fans started spinning. Completed assemble of notebook and installed the battery. Blue lights returned. Problem seems to be the battery. Shorts out something and needs about 6 hours drain out. Works great now without battery, using AC power only. Ordered new battery.....
