Question about Jandy Lite 2 Natural Gas Pilot Light Heater
I believe my unit has an igniter not a piolet light. It clicks but never lights and the F4 fault comes up which is igniter failure. I have checked the 2 in line fuses which are OK. Is replacing the igniter the only option or could there be other issues?
Water is leaking down onto the burner putting out the heater????

Depending on the exact model, it would have either a spark ignitor or a hot surface ingnitor. The HSI uses either 24 or 120 Volts, the spark only uses 24 V. Easiest way to check is to use a volt meter, disconnect the ignitor plug, use the volt meter leads to check voltage at the plug and have the boiler start its ignition cycle, if you have voltage during the cycle, the ignitor is bad. If you are unsure of checking for voltage, have a professional do it. You can be seriously hurt or electrocuted if you are not careful on 120V ignition systems.

So, you replaced part R367100 (Igniter)? This part if very susceptible to failure if touched. I would inspect and/or run a continuity check to make sure it has non cracks. Does it glow red when you attempt to start the heater? Remember, that is the how it ignites the flame, by getting red hot.
If it glows red hot, but does not light then I'd do the following testing in between;
Check that the inline fuses on the igniter aren't blown,
Check if the control board is sending a charge,
Check the flame sensor for gunk build up. Unfortunately to replace the flame sensor look like you have to purchase a whole new burner assembly to get a new flame sensor.
I also believe there is a toggle switch on the front door. It may need to be depressed before the system will ignite.

Igniter circuit is open. Check fuses on igniter wires. Identify and correct loose or broken wires.
Element has a fine crack in it. Replace
Igniter fault. Replace igniter.
