I have a KitchenAid side by side refrigerator, model KSSC48QKS01 and the call service light is on and it is beeping every several minutes. Is there a common problem associated with this?

Correct me im mistaking but is that a buildin kitchenaid. If it is there is a service flash for evaporator fan motor. If you already changed the main board then the only other thing that can cause that is that service flash is a kit evaporator fan and the Bimetal. I would suggest to call kitchenaid and get the part number unfortunately I dont have it handy. But most likely thats the problem.

What does the code PO mean on my kitchenaid refrigerator?

On my KitchenAid, KRSC503ESS, to clear the PO (Power Out) message, press the 'measured fill' button on the front panel for 2-3 seconds. It is right below the word 'confirm' on the display. The technician told me that you need to confirm that you know the power went out so you don't eat any refrozen food. There is absolutely no information about this in the user manual or on the KitchenAid site

My KitchenAid KSCS23INSS00 refrigerator double beeping. Compressor is working and I see some ice in freezer evaporator era but temperature in freeze and in refrigarator not going down. Frame beetween

Make sure your coils under fridge are not obstructed. The Black grill at the bottom pulls strait off allowing access to the coils. There is a long skinny brush made for the purpose of cleaning the pet hair and dust bunnies from between the coil rows. If you have a pet this is a regular task. The brush can be purchased at most hardware stores, just ask for a coil brush. Without sufficient air to pass across these coils the return Freon doesn't have a way to dissipate the heat.

My Kitchenaid refrigerator stop freezing. It still gets cold on both sides. But the freezer does not freeze anymore. I was told that it was the coils need cleaning, so I blew them ouy with my air...

It could be a freon leak, or the compressor is not staying on.  If you can hear a clicking sound coming from the back every couple of minutes, your compressor overload is kicking off.  More than likely you either have a freon leak, or a defective compressor. Check the warranty on your machine as many manufactures warranty the sealed system for much longer than the rest of the refrigerator.

Kitchenaid Bottom mount refridgerator is has stopped cooling but freezer is maintaining correct temperature$FILE/FDBMREFRIG.pdf
We replaced the evaporator motor. Use an Ohmmeter to see if electricity is going there, first, see if fan is running, then, if not, replace evaporator motor-part # 12002744.

Fridge is now running! I'll post again, if there is any more to the story. We are now waiting to see if it gets to temp, but it is running. I'd love to find info on a reset code.

Build in kitchenaid, freezer working but not freezing

This video I made how to change evaporator on Thermador refrigerator, which is just copy of of Build in Kitchenaid. Problem was that it was running, but ice cream never got frozen. I checked pressures, was low on freon. I checked evaporator coils - found out that defrost heater got deformed and was touching evaporator coils - so it burned holes, where freon started to leak.( I think it designed not best way). Defrost heater on this fridges way to close to evaporator coils. Check this video to get an idea what Im talking about. I hope That helps u to understand why this repair is so expensive and what causing it.
