Hood fan vibrates very loud. if i put pressure on it..squeezing both quiets down. How can I resolve this issue

Remove screws holding fan and drop it down. Slide fan blade off shaft of motor and try cleaning it and look for distortion of blades from heat, plus check shaft for play back and forth. If shaft is sloppy, probably have worn bearings/bushings and should be replaced. Couple drops of oil around shaft may help temporarily.

Blade slows down when cutting

there are a few factors that can affect blade turning, first is the type of wood and its thickness, how fast you are tyring to push it through, they type of blade and weather or not it is sharp and that the "kurf" is set properly, if it is not set correctly the blade will bind and slow down, it can hurt the motor too. one other thing is the voltage. if you are running the saw on an extension cord rather than plugged in directly to an outlet, you may experience a voltage drop, Never use an extension cord longer than 80 feet as you will see a voltage drop of 20 volts, (depending on the size and quality of the extension cord). If this is an old saw, the motor may just be wearing out and especially if the saw has been used in a commercial environment and for many hours without cooling down. If I think of anyting else I'll add a comment later, good luck

Removed top wheel because the tension adjustment knob became loos

You might have the tilt in the top wheel too far back for the blade to go on. Also when it tilts back down , it usually loosens up and drops down again. If you get the blade on there, tilt it back up so that the blade rides in the center of the tire, turn it by hand, don't let it touch any guides or bearings. Then tighten it up till it twangs. Try it.

Disposal blade locked up after finding bone piece

You need to purchase a garbage disposal wrench. It has a Tee at the top and extends down to a pivot with a large forked head. Drop this down and turn the blades until they start to move. Remove the wrench, run hot water and turn on your disposal. Both blades should now be free. There also might be a red reset button on the bottom.
