SOURCE: DIPLOMAT FREEZER MODEL NUMBER APP6403

This kind of a problem could be caused by;
The system has a leak and is not reaching the shut off temperature of the thermostat.
The compressor is worn out and not pumping gas fast enough to reach shut off temperature.
Dirty condenser not allowing the system to get rid of the heat.

REFRIGERATOR IS NOT COLD

If the freezer side is working and the refrigerator is not, its either your evaporator fan motor in the freezer side isn't running, or a defrost system problem. Open the freezer door to listen for the fan, and at the same time look to see if you have a build of ice on the back freezer wall. If you do, there is no circulation from the freezer side to cool the ref. The defrost system consist of a defrost timer, defrost thermostat and defrost heaters. The heaters rarely go out, so if you have to change the timer change the defrost thermostat as well since its a cheap part anyway. timer part number is 2188159 and the thermostat part number is 2196155.(called a bi-metal thermostat.)

Freezer is fine but fridg is warm

Good day,
Sounds like the defrost system failed. Without the make.style and model number, I can only talk in general terms.
The defrost system, is made up of 3 parts. The main heater, defrost thermostat, and defrost control (which can be mechanical, electronic, or on some machines integrated into the motherboard.

Here is a great tutorial to start with.......
