A word that describes a paranoid non social person

It's not a word, it's a disorder, specifically, Antisocial Personality Disorder, or ASPD, which can also become/or be in conjunction with Paranoid Personality Disorder. People with this disorder rarely bring themselves in for treatment, in almost all cases they are brought in for treatment by those who recognize the symptoms, or at least that the behavior is unusual and needs to be addressed. Cluster headaches

Cluster headache (CH) is a neurological disorder characterized by recurrent, severe headaches on one side of the head, typically around the eye.[1] There are often accompanying autonomic symptoms during the headache such as eye watering, nasal congestion and swelling of and around the eye, all confined to the side of the head with the pain.[1]
Cluster headache belongs to a group of primary headache disorders, classified as trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias or (TACs). The condition is named for the demonstrated grouping of headache attacks occurring together (cluster).[1] Individuals typically experience repeated attacks of excruciatingly severe unilateral headache pain.[2] CH attacks often occur periodically; spontaneous remissions may interrupt active periods of pain, though about 10-15% of chronic CH never remit.[2] The cause has not been identified.
While there is no cure, cluster headaches can sometimes be prevented and acute attacks treated. Recommended treatments for acute attack includes oxygen or a fast acting triptan.[3] Primary recommended prevention is verapamil. Steroids may be used to prevent a recurrence until verapamil takes effect. The condition affects approximately 0.2% of the general population,[4] and men are more commonly affected than women, by a ratio of about 2.5:1 to 3.5:1.[1]

Nose bleeds when blowing it

firstly, do not blow it anymore. simply wipe. putting your head back slightly and pinching your nose gently for a few minutes may stop the bleeding. If you are taking blood thinners (even aspirin), please call your doctor. If it persists, please go to your nearest Urgent Care facility. Other reasons may include getting hit or bumped there recently, a spike in blood pressure, side effects of medications or their interactions, irritation from your environment (atmospheric dryness, especially in your house) or past history of bleeding problems. Even dietary factors can cause it. Don't bother with 'old wives tales' remedies like irrigating your nose with water or putting ice on the back of your neck (where the heck did that one come from). the first one can infect your sinuses and the second one does not work. Never, ever use a netti pot. Don't stick anything in your nose. Nonsterile cotton is filthy. and no physician in his or her right mind would try to diagnose you over the telephone. There is a good cause for what you have and the above 'stop measure' is temporary. Don't ignore this. If you are old it might be something serious. No solution until you see a doctor face-to-face.

What should you do when someone has a nosebleed?

Sit the person down whose nose is bleeding and get them to bend their head slightly forward. Get them to pinch their nose just below the bridge and to hold it here for ten minutes. If it's still bleeding after that - pinch for another ten minutes. Usually most nosebleeds stop by themselves but if a nosebleed has gone on for an hour, medical treatment should be sought.
