Question about Echo Computers & Internet
I have two devices and both are giving the same error at the same time so I suspect it is the Amazon cloud that is at fault. Does this make sense?
amazon like all web users use a web server (IP address) that can crash at times and break internet connections
not to panic at this point in time as they are normally attended to automatically or by technicians maintaining the server
give it a few hours to reconnect or if longer call amazon by phone and ask about the cloud server

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Use a FAT32 Formatted partition (32GB) on your external USB Harddrive as the main Master Download Area. To do this, connect the drive to the PC by USB and re-partition the drive in sections with the disk manager. 32GB for the FAT32 and the rest in NTFS. Re-connect the drive to the WL500W USB and the FAT32 partition will be recognised automatically by the Router. Linux users can use the full HD drive if they format the drive in Ext2/Ext3. Correctly formatted USB memory sticks with a capacity of 32GB are better suited for this un-attended (low power) dowloading. You can use a (FAT32) 8 Gbyte stick also !
Using only NTFS partitions will make the drive read-only and useless for un-attended downloads by the WL500W. Unfortunatly this is the case with 100% of all new availbale drives (>500GB) - So RE-PARTITION it wisely !!!
What about Queing (Waiting) ?
It waits for the connection and if bandwidth is available it starts the download. If files are missing on a server or the address is invalid an error is risen and the link is aborted or deleted. Many BitTorrent files are invalid or have nobody seeding. Waiting is therefore the best option.

SOURCE: HP LJ 3055 Toolbox Not Connected
It sounds like a Firewall configuration issue:
Ports 5225-5226 need to be open on the router and on your machine.

Try going into your router configuration menu, and opening the network so that any device can connect. Disable any passwords and all of that, and see if it will connect in that way. This doesnt sound like a problem with the Stiletto, rather a problem with the configuration of the wireless router. Maybe call the tech support for the router also.

Find Proxy Manager select <Disable Proxy> and hit <OK>
Proxy Manager is located in the Tools folder
That weird button (four dots with a finger and hand) on the bottom right
bottom right Suitcase looking icon called <Tools>
Or you can find the Proxy manager the hard way by going into
File Explorer>My Device/Windows/ProxyManager.exe
