Kinfmax posted a cct diagram above but it is really low resolution GIF - do you have a better version as I cannot see the component values ?

I have a DE9116 with an exploded 47uF 400V main electrolytic but this may not be the only fault with it so I need more detail please.

    Thanks

My TX 350 sportcraft stop work and burn out the fuse, I change the fuse twice,so I check the voltage. I have 120v going to the circuit board but 375v going to the motor instead of 240v.

Dear Sir:
If you are shure the voltage coming from the main motor board is higher in according with the w.diagram you must exchange the board.

But you must shure that some service tech, will be installing for better
indication.

sincerely. God bless you.

I'm confused about how to properly hook the wiring to the product below. Specifically where does the "neutral" wire attach. I have it all hooked up, but I'm not getting the full 220...

Your 240V wiring is not described clearly, and it sounds like you are confused about 240Volt circuits.
You posted under T104R indoor-outdoor 240volt timer:
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/T-104-control-240V-Load4-35.jpg

Typically a 240Volt cable is 2-wire with ground, and does not have a 'neutral'
A neutral is not necessary to complete 240V circuit.
If your 240Volt cable is a 3-wire with ground, then the neutral connects to terminal A on timer.
Open following links for specific T104 wiring diagrams plus illustration of 2-wire and 3-wire cables, and illustrations and explanation of difference between 120V and 240V circuits:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/wire-ga-250.jpg
http://waterheatertimer.org/B220C.html

If you have 240Volt cable, then do not move clock motor wires.
The clock motor wires connect to terminals 1 and 3.
240V power from circuit breaker connects to same terminals.
Load wires connect to terminals 2 and 4.

If you are not getting 240V across terminals 1 and 3, then check circuit breaker.
240Volt circuit breaker can be tripped off on one leg, or bad on one side so you get 120V on one leg at timer, and then clock motor does not rotate dial.

Hi. I have a charger for 18v Dewalt Li-Ion (dc9130 120v 60hz) and I'd like to find a circuit diagram so I might be able to convert it to use with 240v 50hz. So I probably need the diagram for the 240v one...

most chargers will fuction on 240/50 hz, look closely at the writing on the charger, it may say. I have laptop chargers and have used the overseas with no problem, that being said, you might try contacting dewalt and asking them if you can do it. Like I said, it probably already will work without doing anything. i have seen some devices (amplifiers mostly) that have a switch on the bakc to switch voltage, ( I don't recall ever seeing a switch to change line frequecny though), hope this helps a bit

I have a Et 70115C Intermatic Timer, I want to install it on my Hot Water Heater, I have connected the 2 110V leads from my breaker to Terminals 1 & 2 and connected the two leads from the hot water...

A) 5 terminal ET70115C.
Voltage selector set to 240.

B) BUT you say you have 120Volts from breaker >>> confusing, so I'm proceeding on basis that you meant to say 240V from breaker.
Add a comment at any time.

C) Review timer:
5-terminal ET70115 timer has NO and NC terminals
NC is normally closed >> this terminal has power when timer is OFF
NO is normally open >> this terminals has power when timer turns ON
For water heater, you want NO terminal 4 so water heater turns ON when timer turns ON

D) Wire for 240Volt water heater

Two hot wires from breaker connect to terminals 1 and 2. This powers timer clock.
Jumper wire connects between terminal 2 to terminal 3. This sends power to the switch circuit.
Wires to water heater connect to terminals 1 and 4

E) 5-terminal timer turns off 1 hot wire to 240V water heater.
Turning off 1 hot wire will stop 240V circuit from working; Water heater thermostats also turn off one hot wire.
240V water heater has black and red wire.
Wire from terminal 4 should connect to Black wire on water heater.

Diagram shows two wires on terminal 1
Two wires on terminal 2
One jumper wire on terminal 3
One wire on terminal 4
Zero wires on terminal 5

My EH40 is not supplying power to the water heater. I hooked the power line in to posts 1 and 2 and I hooked the load out to posts 4 and 6. When I use my power checker it reads no power to posts 3,4,5,...

I have an EH 40 sitting in front of me right now.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-EH40-hot-water-heater-timer.html
The link above shows correct 240V water heater timer wiring for EH40
Link below shows an overview picture of EH 40 connected to 240V water heater
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/EH40-water-heater-circuit-5.jpg
http://waterheatertimer.org/240-v-water-heater-circuit.html

EH40 has a 240V clock.
Terminals 1 and 2 send power to the 240V clock
Power to the clock terminals do not pass through timer to any other terminal

How to wire EH40 for 240V
240V line has 2 hot wires from breaker box.
Lets call these wires Hot1 and Hot2
These wire are interchangeable on 240V circuit
Hot1 connects to terminal 1 with a jumper to terminal 3 (or connect to 3 and jumper to 1)
Hot2 connects to terminal 2 with a jumper to terminal 5 (or connect to 5 and jumper to 2)

240V circuit has 2 wires going to the Load
Let's call these Load1 and Load2
These wires are interchangeable on 240V circuit
Load1 connects to terminal 4
Load2 connects to terminal 6

If the timer is still not working, go back to the breaker and test if it is delivering 240V to the circuit.
If breaker is bad on one leg, then the circuit can test with live power, but the 240V appliance will not work.
240V circuit requires both legs of 240V before circuit is complete.

I have 2-240V (4.2V) basebaord heaters, Need Wiring Diagram

you get 120V from any phase (black OR red) to neutral
you get 240V from phase to phase (between black and red) and in this scenario you don't need the white wire.
So for you, connect the black to 1 pole of the breaker and the red to the other pole, connect the green wire to the ground strip and you are done.
A white wire is NEVER connected to a circuit breaker anyway, it is a grounded wire, it would be like connecting a green wire to a black wire, bad idea.
the National electrical code specifies red and black wire color for 240VAC circuits.
As Ask Hank mentionned, nothing wrong with 10/3 wire.

Using battery charger overseas

it's alway suggested that you simply use plug adaptors to change shape of plugs for overseas-do not reduce voltage since most all chargers including yours support 220 or 110
