I have a Bunn STF 35
when I start a pot, it runs 20 cups of water out.
How do I set it to make 12 cups at a time?

Remove the top panel and look for the yellow float, this controls the amount of water brewed, to adjust remove some of the washers on the float and test until you get the amount needed.
