If CONTROL-ALT-DELETE is not bringing up the task manager options, either hold down the power button or unplug the battery and power supply.

problem solved it was the ram!!! replaced and back to normal.

if it is lockng up always need to test battery pack. remove battery pack and turn on unit using adpter, if its working ok w/o batt. need to replaced batt. pack.
