Question about Acer Extensa 5630-6806 Notebook
Laptop, acer extensa 5630, rarely boots up to windows screen on first attempt. It goes through white, blue and black screens usually but more often than not, does not move on to the user login screen. i shut it down and try again, sometime successful on the second or third attempt.
I too have an Acer and have had numerous problems with it. Initially when I first got it, had the same issue (windows not booting). I called Acer Techs and basically got :"reinstall Windows"... I did so and haven't had that same issue arrive so far. (it's been about 2 years now). Please note it will wipe your drive, so transfer any files you would like to keep first.
There may be other ways, but that is what fixed mine. Good luck!
