Question about OCE Office Equipment & Supplies
Copier keeps flashing code 0501
You do not need to reset NVRam to clear a code 0501. 0501 is cleared simply by unplugging the machine from power and restarting, as toner concentration is checked at startup, and every time you do a print.
Try refilling a new toner, unplug power, then try switching on and off several times, until the sensor detects right toner concentration.
If that does not work toner sensor may be faulty.
In that case contact Oce here: Océ Customer Service Center.
