Is the button on the gas valve or a red button in the line to the pilot assembly? If its in the line, there is a regulator upstream of the button. If the gas is coming from the gas valve, there is a small screw covered hole in line with the pilot line in the gas valve. If neither of these apply, you may need to replace the orifice in the pilot assembly. Let me know how it goes.

Hello paulascor549 - I completely understand that you took the oven door apart to clean it, therefore you must have took the following steps to do so. According from my research you would have to reassemble in reverse order. If you have already tried to do so and it proves to be ineffective, contact a professional to move forward accurately.

Door Removal and Cleaning of Interior Glass

Tools needed: Phillips head screwdriver or small quad bit driver.


A. Open Door remove 2 screws and washers on door lining at door hinge area.

B. Refer to owners guide? With door in broil stop position lift door assembly off hinges.

C. Lay door on table, position so that handle hangs freely over edge of table

D. Remove 2 screws and washers that secure handle to lining assembly.

E. Remove 8 screws that attach textured steel door wrapper trim to lining assembly 3 at top, 3 at bottom, 1 on each side

F. Lift door lining up and out of wrapper trim assembly.

G. Lay lining assembly on table with wool shield/inner part of lining facing up.

H. Remove 2 glass clamps via 2 screws per clamp. These clamps attach innermost clear glass to wool shield.

I. Lift out center clear glass from wool shield, this glass just lays onto the wool shield and is held in place by the glass/ clamps in item H.

J. Clean each glass with appropriate cleaner, Windex, bon ami, fantastic, etc

K. One glass that remains in door lining assembly can at this time be cleaned without further disassembly the lining assembly.

L. Reassemble in reverse order.

Stop wasting all of your time attempting to reengineer the device and just order a new primer bulb assembly...

Lots of research has shown a lack of diagrams on fuel line routing. Your carburetor has the purge/primer bulb on top of it. Just to help you understand how it works....the bulb uses a vacuum effect to pull fuel from the tank directly into the carburetor and the check valves in the plate under the bulb (known as the primer base assembly) push any air and old fuel inside the carb back into the fuel tank. On your model, the line inside the tank with the fuel filter on it will come out and go to the carburetor body BELOW the base assembly. The other line coming out of the tank (fuel return line) will go TO the nipple on the base assembly. The lines should be nice and soft and so should the bulb. They all have to be replaced periodically as alcohol, heat and age deteriorate them. Please post back if needed.

HI. "he" is short for an apparent heating error that has occurred within the unit. This could be due to an obstructed ventilation assembly, or a failed thermistor.

The necessary actions are to test the Resistance level of the thermistor. If the level is below specifications, replace it, asap. I would also advise to clean out the entire ventilation assembly. This will include the blower housing,vent hoses and lint screen and trap. I have included a service manual for this line of Samsung dryer units. This manual will cover all DV300 series units. use this service manual to help guide you through the testing procedures for the thermistor and the cleaning process of the ventilation assembly.

In order to replace the light bulbs you will have to remove the entire rear light housing unit. In order to do this you must do the following:

1. Pop the trunk.
   
   
2. Loosen the trunk lining in order to reach the 4 nuts that are located on the right or left side and hold the light housing in place.
   
   
3. You loosen the trunk lining fabric by removing two small, black plastic fasteners that anchor the trunk lining fabric. These either screw loose or you will need to pop off using a blunt- nosed pliers ( a flat head screwdriver works in a pinch) by first pulling the square bit out (towards the direction of the back seat,) followed by the circular components.
   
   
4. Pull the fabric loose on either the left or right side to expose the 4 nuts holding the light assembly in place.
   
   
5. Now, look for the four gold colored washer and nut assemblies surrounding the tail-light assembly. Find yourself a 7/16 socket and remove those bad boys. The tail-light itself should be able to pop- out, otherwise you've missed a washer- nut.
   
   
6. Ease the tail- light assembly off of it's perch on the car and hold it red- side down. This will expose the wiring and "turn- locks" for the blinker and tail- light.
   
   
7. Remove the bulbs from the assembly by turning the turn- locks in the direction (counter- clockwise) indicated by the plastic molding, and pulling upwards, off of the tail- light assembly.
   
   
8. Pull the bulb from the turn- lock with a moderate tug of the hand.
