Hi, You should be able to double click on the file that you downloaded and it should run a wizard setup thing which you just follow the prompts.
If the file you downloaded is not and "exe", executable file, then you may have downloaded whats called a "zip" file and may ned to "unzip" it into a folder and then go through the "Add New Hardware" option in your "Control Panel" or "Settings" menu. When it asks you where the driver files are you point it through the "Browse" option to the folder where you unzipped the files to.
