how can I delete my recent message from my LG 4440g

1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct
2. call to your network operator customer care
3. request the message center number...
4.note it down
5. go to message settings>message center number
6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it


this solves your messaging problem ...

probably you had pressed the bootloader buttons.
once the phone is diplaying a status message like you are having, it means that the phone is ready to be flashed. if you haven't do anything to your phone after displaying the message, try to remove the battery and put it back on. but if you had this status message during flashing, it will give you the same issue even if you remove the battery.

soft reset the phone... take out the battery, then press the power button...wait 30 seconds put battery back in and repower......

Try turning off the phone, removing the battery, wait 2 minutes, then put the battery back and turn on the phone, Sometimes this helps.

If the messages were indeed saved to your sim card, then once you put in to your new phone, the messages should be there.

You probably have already figured out this problem by now. This phone does not have message capability. It only indicates if you have voice mail with your phone company voice mail service such as Southwestern Bell Call Notes. You just need to sign in to your voice mail service and change your message.

you can do 2 things... first transfer the messages via blueetooth or infrared. or put the sim card back to 6060 and save msg one by one which you need in your other phone on your sim card then put the sim back to your 2760 here your messages are.. enjoy..

Messages can't be put on SIM cards. Depending on how many you've got to keep, the easiest way is to send them to your new phone (new number), or to a friends phone, then resend them to your new phone (old number) Or copy them to your PC via PC Suite, then download them to your phone. Although you might get a problem or two doing it this way.
