My sansa fuze has frozen, and wont turn off, or go

Hold the the on/off button up for about 10-20 seconds and it should turn off. then you can just turn it on again. I fit doesn't work, then just wait for the battery to die and charge it back up.

My Sansa Fuze Wont Turn On or Charge

Hold down the power button for 30 secconds to a minute, then let go and turn it on again as per normal. This is a built-in reset function.

It seems to happen for me when certain mp3's are played, i think they might be corrupt and the palyer doesnt like them, and so crashes.

Hope this helps!

Wont turn on

I don't know if this applies to the Sansa for sure or not but many MP3 devices and smartphones if completely dischard will not charge back up via usb to computer, you have to use a wall jack charger. This is true for the Motorola Q and other smart phones I know for a fact, also the Apple Ipod Gen 5 has had some issues with charging after complete discharge of the battery. Try a wall charger if possible. I don't know much about the sansas.

Check the battery connection(s) in the back. Remove the 4 screws, remove the battery an re-connect it. Charge the device for a few hours. Best of Luck.
