When typing carraige does not move so I type 5 letters atop one another Model AE-710. Lots of wasted labels

First, with the machine turned off, grasp the carrier (this is where the ribbon seats) and see if it moves smoothly to the right and left. If not then the metal shaft that it moves on may be gummed up and dirty. If so, clean it with alcohol and lube it lightly with a light oil.

We can't find the instruction manual to our Nakajima AE-710. How do you make the correction tape work?

Type a wrong letter, press the key with the X and a L. arrow on it correction complete.

Our typewriter is beign crazy when we press the letter S it types a J and if we press 5 we get a 3 how can i fix this

On the L. side of the keyboard there is a slide switch labeled 15, 12, 10 and PS it may be in PS or it is dirty. Slide it up and down a few times.

Keys don't match letters

On the L. side of the keyboard is the pitch selector switch it may be in PS proportional space it should be in 10. 12 or 15 also dlide it up & down a few times they do get dirty.

AE-710 Letter Keys Do Not Work

Check the pitch selector switch if it is in PS this will cause this problem.

First see if the ribbon is spacing a full space for each letter pressed if not you may be in the over strike ribbon mode, to get out of the mode press code and comma, period or slash i'm not sure which one So try them all.
If that dosen't help check to be sure the correction tape is not getting in the way, remove the corr. tape and try it.
Next remove the ribbon and release the hammer as if you were changing the P/W and see if the plunger in the solenoid is free, if not try a drop or two of WD40 on it.

you have to press code + either , or . at the same time, that function is for multistrike ribbon where the ribbon feed move slower.
