Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5300 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Need return address

Hi they sent me the return label and some how no one has record of this. so UPS has asked for the address where the box was going I have been trying to get this for three weeks I think I could get blood out of the turnip easyer! All I need is the address! Could you help me get the address, Please!!!!!

by posting your name and address here anyone could in fact send you a label with their address on it, then you ship to that address and never see it again...is this what you want to happen?? please contact the place that is going to repair it for you and never post your name and address online for your safety.

If they did not include a return label or address, contact the people you ordered them from and explain the situation. If they were sent pursuant to a whirlpool appliance purchase, go back to the store where you purchased them and talk to them, if they are reputable, they should help you, If all else fails call the customer service phone number.

Why is the light on the front of my Model 330 LabelWriter blinking?

There are 5 possible reasons for this:
  1. The labels are not left-justified
    • Verify that the labels are left justified and loaded properly in the LabelWriter. Click here for more information on loading the labels in the LabelWriter.
  2. There is paper dust or a piece of a label blocking the sensor
    • Take the roll of labels out of the printer and use the provided cleaning card to clean your unit. Click here for more information on using a DYMO Cleaning Card. You can also use compressed air by blowing some air along the left side of the paper path inside the printer.
  3. The labels you are using do not have the index marks properly cut out between each label
    • If the index holes are not cut cleanly, you may run into this problem. Try a different roll of labels.
  4. You are not using DYMO labels
    • If you are not using DYMO labels (or are unsure whether or not you are), please obtain a roll of DYMO labels and try to print again. DYMO labels are made specifically for our printers.
  5. The photo sensor that reads the index mark has failed
    • If this is the case, the unit will need to come in for repair. Select the Ask A Question tab at the top of this page to contact our Technical Support team. Please include the following information so that we can set up a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for you:
      • Full Name
      • Full Shipping Address (No PO boxes)
      • Phone Number
      • Date of Purchase
      • Model Number (a 5-digit number found on the bottom of your LabelWriter)
      • The 11-digit number under the barcode on the same label
      • Serial Number (located on the bottom of the printer, starting with "S/N" -- it also contains a dash after the first five numbers)
      • If your unit is out of warranty (beyond 2 years from the original date of purchase), please provide us with a method of payment (including expiration date, if using a credit card). The cost to repair your unit is either $75, which includes UPS Ground return shipping, or $90 for UPS Next Day Air return shipping. Please let us know which return method you desire.

My pc has blue screen come up , besides no signal. I do need to send back to get fix. I need fedex to return the label so emachines can repair center. please could you send me the label.


you need to contact emachines call 877-721-7314 and they will give you a rma # and will either send you a box with a fedex label already on it. if its out of warranty you will have to pay to ship it yourself they will give you the address to ship to and you can take it to a ups or fedex store and get the label there. i can try and diagnose the problem for you. hope this helps let me know.

My Citizen WR200 keeps resetting to the year 2016


My Skyhawk AT is showing the wrong date and the year is 2016. How do I correct this?

The factory has discovered a software anomaly in the calendar programming of the integrated circuit that affects some Skyhawk AT and other styles utilizing the U600 movement caliber produced in only 2007 for those watches receiving either the U.S. or Japanese time signals. Those customers receiving the German time signals or have pieces manufactured in other years are not affected. This anomaly results in the calendar displaying dates from 2016 even though the year is 2010. Rest assured no other production series, feature, function, aesthetic portion or other Skyhawk series timepiece is affected.
If your 2007 production Skhyawk AT shows the year 2016, we are ask you to send the watch for updating.
Once your watch receives the software update, there will be a small dot punched on your caseback in front of the serial number. Our goal is to have your watch returned to you in two weeks once it is received by us.
