Replacing front wheel (by 3 users)

The stroller seems to be out of alignment and the front wheel came off one time so when I placed it back, it's always shaking when I go first.

i have the same problem. the front wheel shudders and shakes if either the pram is empty, or I only have one child in the pram and they are seated in the back. if they are in the front, it is fine. it also works ok with the front wheel locked.

any solutions please?
