Question about Dell Precision M60 Notebook
I'm having problems charging my Dell Precicion M60 Notebook's battery. Until now I've only been able to charge it when the Notebook is turned off (he power adapter used to turn off when I tried charging while using the PC), but now it doesn't even charge when turned off. The power adapter is OK (I've tried another one) so I guess it is the battery, the input jack or ... something else :/
Go to support.dell.com and check your warranty information..thepower cube may be failing..if still under warranty, they will replace free of charge depending on your service agreement
have your express service code ready to put and it will give you all the information you could ever need about your system
