Night owl dvr_hda10lb_8. I forgot the password and I've already been on the phone with support they said that the only way to reset is if I tell them what the date and time is I can't bcz I tuned off

To do so:

1. Click "Forgot password" on the DVR / NVR Login screen.
2. Go to NightOwlSP.com/NOProtect.
3. Create an account or log in.
4. Register your device if you have not already done so.
5. Click on "View Details."
6. On the Device Details page, click on "Reset Code."
7. Follow the provided instructions to reset your password.

Go into settings by using the existing password. If you have none, remove the on board batteries, wait a while. Then insert them, power up and go to settings. Old password should have been lost.
