Question about Monarch 9855 Thermal Printer
I am trying to print a small custom label from Loftware to a Monarch 9850 attached locally. I get errors 04 and 101. Sometimes I can get the 04 error to go away, but not the 101. Any ideas? I'm stuck!
Meaning of errors
You are getting error 004 because of Supply length is invalid i.e. the data length which you are sending to your printer is not valid and system is ignoring it. You are getting error 101 because format referenced by the batch is not available in the memory.
For your future reference
Here is your printers manual download it and keep it with you for checking out future errors if any.
For providing best solution I require to know What is your operating system and which application you are using to give the print command or what media you are using to give command.
