Question about Garden
I have borrowed a Stihl FS 45 from a friend. It was difficult to start so I set all the carb dials in accordance with the manual. When adjusting the head starts spinning so I then turned it back a couple of turns as per the manual. It starts fine but when I press the throttle nothing happens. Is there any way that the throttle can be adjusted or is this broken. Literally nothing happens in terms of revs when I press the throttle up and down. As the head rotates when I adjust the carb I am guessing there is nothing wrong with the shaft.
Its a self fix just get a new one it will come complete

FS 45 no power problem. Unscrew the exhaust tube and pull it it. Clean the screen with a stiff wire brush.
