Just a suggestion, turn the breaker off to the range and leave off for 30 secs. This may reset the board. That's the easy way. If that doesn't help I'll try to find more on it.

If you have a brief power outage to your residence and the control Panel Window on your Jenn-Air slide in 30" says "Power Loss," hold in the Cancel button. The "Power Loss" message that is on the control panel should go off. I am not sure why this is not covered in the manual under Troubleshooting. Hope this helps!

The power went out on my older Jenn-Air W131 wall oven. The breaker was not tripped but turning the breaker off & back on again restored the power!

Electric stove works, oven turns on briefly then shuts down

Try turning off the power at the switch again and leave it off for a little while, sometimes the microprocessors become confused and need time to re adjust.

The display and buttons are dead, no display or oven lights but electric starter still works on stove top

find the breaker for the stove and turn it off for 2 minutes then back on, if that does not work look on back of stove in area of controles for a small reset button, some time they are hidden just inside a small hole

Oven not working

This is a tough one...but I'd try to see if you have good electrical connections.  Turn off the power at the breaker box...two breakers.  Next, check ALL connections from the box to the terminals inside the stove.  They should be bright, clean and tight.  If this isn't it...the timer unit may be bad.

Jenn-Air JES9900BAB Electric downdraft range with convection oven

sounds like the power outtage fried the clock. unfortunately, none of today's ovens come with a UPS (uninterruptible power supply), sort of like a power box for your computer. if he power goes out, it'll fry the electronics, including the clock.

have a technician come out and test the clock to see if there is power going to it and what voltage is coming out of it. i would suggest replacing the clock.
