Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I have a Motolora w220, which is currently showing Network PIN Block, however if I remove the battery and the SIM, it asked me to enter Network Pin
I desperately need help????
That sounds like the phone needs to be unlock

YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER TO REPROGRAM.OR TELL YOU WHAT TO DO ON THIS ONE.THEY HAVE SO MANY VARIOUS PROGRAMS FROM DIFFERENT CELL PHONE PROVIDERS THAT THIS WILL BE YOUR QUICKEST WAY TO CALL THE TECH SUPPORT DEPT AND THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT TO DO

What you are referring to is the subsidy unlock code.
A "Subsidy Unlock Code" is a code that is unique to your phone. The code is assigned by the original service provider the phone was manufactured for so that it cannot be taken to another carrier for activation without their permission. The business (carrier) that the phone was originally manufactured for is the only one that will have this "block code" or "special code" information. Motorola can not provide this information. You will need to talk to a technical support person at the company for which the phone was sold for assistance. The technical support staff will probably need to know the IMEI number off of the phone, under the battery to assist you.

dont try more than 3 times.If you try more than 3 times the Sim will get
locked.And it will ask for PIN code.Both these PUK and PIN code can be given
only by the network service provider. Please call the network service provider
of your mobile.And ask him to provide the PUK code or PIN code.He will ask you
some basic details like name,date of birth for his verification.And he
will provide you the PUK and PIN
code.This is done for free of cost.
