I have a Simpson Harmony Nova Thermaflow Oven and can't find the operating manual and the model number as worn off. I just need to put in a new globe? Any hints? Thank you. Brenda

best possibility is 240 VAC. Unsure look in breaker box. Single breaker 120VAC double breaker 240 VAC

For Electric Range - 220 - 240 volt, 60 hertz, properly grounded circuit with 40 amp breaker or fuse protection with #8 gauge wire. With a 50 amp breaker, # 6 gauge wire is required.

The owner's manual below mentions the wattage. (download the document, hit CTRL-F on your keyboard, type in wattage.) You might contact the manufacturer or for that matter the electric company servicing you.

I would say that the oven element has blown. It is common especially if you have a fan forced model. Make sure the fan works before you go buying a new element as the replacement will fail early. Simpson ovens have to be removed from the wall cavity to replace the fan and the element. Make sure you tuen the power off before doing anything...
Give the parts supplier your model number so that you get the fight element ( and fan) if necessary.

In my experience, it is normal to leave the the door open when grilling, otherwise it is liable to cause the bakelite handle of the grilling pan to get very hot, and possibly melt or catch fire, and make it to hot to hold the handle.

The glass cover is a screw in. You will need to remove this by turning anti-clockwise to get to the globe.
