my unit wont work i think that its hanngin up... what would i do???
or how to reset my unit??

After I installed one software, I restarted my phone as the software instruction but cannot open anymore. It just showed the hourglass instead of Verify Security Software. What should I do? Can I reset or uninstall the new software?
