Don't know if this helps but Radio Shack has Microtemp 10 amp G4A00 Tf 144c (144 deg Celcius) Thermal Fuses. These are the ones with the little red conical end on them. Under $2 each. I needed one to put in my toaster oven. Couldn't find the small metal clips to attach it to the wiring though. Since it is very diffucult to solder these without damaging the fuse, I'll have to recycle the old clips.

TRYING TO FIND THERMAL FUSE. MICROTEMP G4A00 TF216C

Unfortunately, YoTeach's initial solution is in error, I believe. YoTeach mentions that typical temps for brewing water are less than 200F, and THAT seems OK, from a couple of quick searches.
However, the component that is being replaced is not necessarily working at the same temperature as the water needs to be.
The Microtemp G4A00 series has lots of temperatures, and the TF216C means, AFAIK, that Tf is 216C(elsius). See, for example, the datasheet here:
http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/625786.pdf
Tf is the temperature at which fuse opens. So, the person ACTUALLY needs a thermal fuse that opens (breaks the connection) at 216C.
Therefore, either of the two fuse temperatures mentioned: 128 & 140C, would open too soon: i.e. at too LOW a temperature.
While 216C may seem like a high temperature (420F), for the fuse to open, the thermal fuse is often very near the heating element. For comparison, I have a Gevalia CM500 coffee pot, and the thermal fuses in my particular unit are Microtemp G4A00 184C- which is about 363F.
If anyone thinks I am in error on this, please feel free to contact me: jim underscore peak at Hotmail dot com - and I'll be happy to correct this post.

Krups km7005 water not heating nor hot plate

Mine had the same problem ... all the lights are on, but no heating on the plate, and no dripping of water.

After a weekend on the workbech, I've mastered this machine. The KM7005 has 2 x MicroTemp G4 thermal cutoff (TCO) fuses which interrupt the Live line, for overheat protection. Mine didn't overheat per se, but the TCO blew anyway. Not reset-able ... need to be replaced with a soldering iron. I'll be happy to advise you to fix this, or fix it for you. Write me at KM7005@flightsystems.biz.

Grinds but won't brew

If your plate is not heating, no water will flow. This seems to be a common problem with this rig. So far, I've helped 13 people on this site with exactly the same problem ... all the lights are on, but no heat on the plate and no dripping water.

I'm having some of the same problems

2001 blower (Air Or Heat) only operates on high
Behind the glove compartment right hand dash( just remove glove box liner) is a metal box of resistors which select through the Heater /AC switch called the heater control unit. Inside there is a thermal control diode/resistor
Small silver cylinder which can be replaced (or bypased because it's amperage rating is low)
Or Replace the whole heater control unit Plugs in
