1987 Mercury Sable, both turn signals not working

I cannot locate where the fuses are in this vehicle. I just bought the car 2 days ago. I need to fix the blinkers, (turn signals) ASAP. Both turn signals do not work or light up at all.

I need to change my turning signal fuse in a 2000 mercury sable but cannot locate the fuse relay. Can anyone tell me where it is located. I have no turning signals right now!

For 2000 Mercury Sable 3.0L EFI DOHC 6cyl the Flasher is located on front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted in junction block.

Both turn signals do not work on 87 mercury sable

The fuse block is usually located on the left side under dash or behind a small cover on that side. If the fuses are ok change the signal relay, after that the signal/light switch on the steering column.
