I want to download pictures into my comouter

I plugged in the camera into my mother board; however, I dont have the manual to help me download the pictures from the camera to my computer.

What are the steps to download the pictures or what is the website I can go to to download a manual for this camera so I can process my pictures?

Download picasa from and when you finished installing it. plug your camera so that picasa will see it.

This is seriously hillarious. Not to make fun of anyone... BUT "download onto your motherboard" ???? That's not even possible. You should go read about what a motherboard is.

If you're trying to download pics onto your computer use your driver disk, install software, then use your magic cord and connect to "motherboard" USB port. Click open with folder or whatever it says.
Click the folder DSC whatever. Click the pictures and save them to your COMPUTER. If you can't do that much then go read a manual or don't own a digital camera. :)

I dont haave my set up cd rom to download to my coputer so i can import pictures from my camera tothe comouter is there any other way to go about this?

You coud try got to the casio website and see if you can download the software itself. Most computers nowadays should recognize your camera if you connect it with a usb. Try going to Start>My Computer and see if your camera is there. You may need to have the camera on for this at the same time. Another option is, if you have a memory card reader on your computer, you can remove the card from the camera and connect it directly to the computer. For this its the same Start>My computer and the memory card should show up.

I was given a Nikon coolpix 12.0 mg with 3.6x zoom AA- size and easy auto mode but there was no attachments ,no cords or booklet My mother bought a cord for me from walmart i think to hook my camera up to...

You can find an instruction manual at

You can download Nikon software from

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use Nikon Transfer or any other photo cataloging program.

My mother purchased camera in oregon last september, but she lost a bag that had the camera box at the airport while traveling home. She only has the camera itself. we bought her a charger for it .. which...

It doesn't. What you need is Samsung part CB20U12, which is a USB cable that connects between the camera and the computer. It will allow you to charge the camera from the computer as well as transfer pictures between the two. For more information on the camera you may want to follow this link and download/print the camera operating manual.

I dont have a cd for my camera and need a free driver so i can download pictures to my computer

You should not need a driver for the Sanyo VPC-T1060 to download pictures to your computer. By plugging your camera in with the USB cord, and selecting PC mode in the menus, Windows Explorer will see your camera as a removable storage device.

You can follow step-by-step directions in the VPCT1060 Users Manual here.

Generally if you are running WIndows 98, you will need to reboot after installing the software to even have a chance of the camera being recognized correctly.

If you are running Windows 2000, XP or Vista, the camera should be recognized and a driver installed or searched for from the CD software you installed before plugging in the camera.

Sometimes if you plug in the camera first without installing the software, the PC finds a new device with no driver. You can see this by going to Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager and you should see and exclamation on a device in the list. You need to remove this item and reboot your PC.

Now install the software first and when the install is done, then plug in your camera. Generally this works out pretty well.
