My compaq laptop refuses to connect to dia...

My compaq laptop refuses to connect to the dial-up and to the broadband connection via a LAN. THis happened 3 days ago when I recd a bizarre error mssg (when connected to the net). I am able to connect to the wireless at work, but the laptop will not connect via the other two options - its also showing me bluetooth modems ??? Has there been a virus attack on my machine? What can I do??

please update ur driver immediately or contact vendor
