MY COMPUTERS NOT RECONIZING THAT THE CAMERAS PPLUGGED IN

AND IT WONT LET ME DOWNLOAD MY PICTURES FROM MY CAMERA TO MY COMPUTER

Click on the menu button and go to settings on the 2nd page here set the storage location to memory card and then change the USB connection to DSC prom PictBride
and you can download the pictures from the camera

if this still doesn't work then try connecting the memory card using a card reader to check if the card is being recognised

I cannot get my pictures to load to my computer. When I insert the usb device nothing pops up. It is as if the laptop is not reading the device. It works on other computers but I am not sure why it wont...

you can download your pictures just like a normal file connect your camera to your computers usb port using the usb cable and just transfer the files to your computer...

truthfully you dont even need any software to run the camera just use photoshop and just upload the pictures from the cameras folder copy and paste from the folder
