Please help with my motorola c168

Purchased brand new Motorola c168. Few days later, I could not see anything on the screen. Phone does not display anything when someone calls and I cannot read whatever in the phone. However, I am able to receive calls or make a call if I know the number. Was advised and changed the screen but in vain. Please advise me how to resolve this problem.(my email: niyoado@yahoo.fr).
