What program will play this file mov06409_0011.jpg ?

You don't state the model / type of camera which makes it more difficult to find a solution. First, read your manual thoroughly.
are you sure it's a video file ?
You can't open it probably because your computer is looking for a jpeg file type and the file is not of this type, it's possibly a sony movie file type, I don't know what that is, it's possible that a still picture (jpg) has been saved, as well your movie which is elsewhere, as a summary of your video. Usually a jpg file is a single still picture, and in windows this a default recognized type and double clicking on the file will open the picture. I suggest the general way to proceed I to first verify the the file is a movie file, and then either run the file through a type conversion program or jst change the type (file extension, after the dot) to appropriate type and if necessary search thr internet or a program. In the last resort contact Sony.
Search the internet for "sony digital camera file type" and see if any items found solve the problem. Also try the following links

It was showing a file error while playing mp4 videos & what type of videos do i have to insert

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. After video conversion then copy the video files to your MP3 player using the USB cable from your computer. How to upload video from ge840s? my computer can not read the video in my camera.

It seems there isn't a software in your camera which can realize your video from your camera. To download a player which can read the type of the files as your video. For example, a file named: "file.txt" the ".txt"means the file type.

I was uploaded a video onto the MP3 when it said file not supported or something like that. What type of file do I need to watch the video?

Hello,
your player supports the video files which are .wmv (Windows Media Video) compression format, 30fps,512 kbps, 310x240 pixels.
If your video files aren't this type, you can convert its with the software you got together with your player.

I can't play my videos on my phone...why???

Hi,
Please inform which mobile phone are you using?
The video player may not detect the file type of the video file.
you can install other video players softwares to run videos with different file types.
It is also possible that the video size is to big and not compatible to run.

Downloading video

Use the video conversion software utility included on the Installation CD to create video files that
are suitable for playback on the MP-C7052.
Your player supports AMV files with the following specifications:
160 x 128 resolution at 15 frames per second (fps)

The video conversion software will not recognize ALL types of video files, so you will have to find a free converter that will convert files of one type to AVI or another recognized video type.

Look at the help files in the video converter software for far more detail than we could ever hope to provide here.
