Have CIT310 installed. I launch CIT310 software and everything seems
find. I get the message, base is now connected and pop-up window saying
I am now connected to messenger. That's the good news.
The little bad news. Then the visual C++ runtime error message box
appears. I click the "OK" on the error box. Get message, Phone is no
longer connected to YM. But while the phone was sitting in the base,
I was still getting updates on the phone's screen, showing who was
logging in and who was logging out on YM.
The above on longer works. When I click the "OK" I am disconnected from YM.
Strange News. If I don't click the "OK" on the error message box, I
stay connected. The phone works like it is suppose to. I tested it by
call my own number. My home phone rings. After 4 rings I can hear the
message on my answering machine. I can leave a message at the beep and
it is recorded.
I know you are saying, "Well Duh, don't click the OK button." I would still like to find the cause of the error message.
