We have been using ITunes to purchase songs and cannot figure out how to download them to the MP3 player once we purchase them.

I have a classic mp3 player model mp6410. I don't know how to operate it! I just downloaded music from amazon onto my computer and I don't know how to put this download onto the mp3? How do I operate this thing?

- I have a Compaq computer. It is an old model. The MP3 player is supposed to go into the usb port. I get that, but when I put it in there it is not reading it. Nothing happenes and I have to take another cord out to put it in there. Don't know what that cord is to. So, thats my problem. Do I need softwear or something? Please help. - E_mile2281
