its very easy what you have to do is connect the second monitor to your laptop onto the DB9 port. and press fn+f7 fuction keys. if its a desktop you need double DB9 connector to accomplish this. one end to connect to the desktop and two ends to connect to two monitors

You need either two graphic cards or one graphic card with two monitor ports - second option is easier. a lot of the newer graphic cards already have two ports.

Was your monitor previously working? Is your monitor set to receive input from the cable its connected to? There are different inputs for monitors usually. Make sure your monitor is set to receive input from the cable (vga, hdmi, DVI, ect.). If your monitor is very old, it may just be that's it's giving out. If your monitor is new, it may be that it wasn't working to begin with. If its not the connectors, then the monitor may just not be working.

Got monitor how do i conect it

o.k. we need more info.

if you are trying to connect to your computer you will need a special monitor cable which should have came with your purchase.

if you have a new computer you should be able to plug in the monitor to the back of you PC tower and turn on your computer for things to get going.

If it is a older computer you may need to install the monitor driver software which came with your monitor when purchased. this will get your monitor connected.

please respond if you need more info

What is the Operating system on the laptop ?
If it is XP then in the bottom right hand corner you will find Wireless network connection ( looks like 1 computer monitor). Use that icon to connect to the wireless network.
If it is windows Vista, then in the bottom right hand corner you will find 2 computer monitor icon. Use that icon to connect to the wireless network.
If it is Windows 98/ME/2000 then use the adapter utility to connect to the wireless network.
For MAC you will see the AIRPORT icon at the top.

Check the wireless settings of the router first . Make sure that yopu have all the wireless settings of the router. If you are not sure about the settings, then open the router set up and check the settings.

I have Dell 2000sp monitor that was working fine. The none of my internet pages would load. I thought it was my connection and restarted the computer, but now the monitor is on, but the screen is black....

The only problem if it is the monitor that it could have is the connection. Check see if you cable is kinked coming out of the computer, and is conected properly. Usually everything else would be a problem with the computer.
You can also try hitting the buttons on the monitor to see if stuck.

Make sure the cable is plugged into the video in. Shut down the computer and unplug it. Unplug you monitor again and also check conections by removing the cable make sure no pins are bent on the monitor or the conection to the computer. Plug all back in. Turn the monitor on first and then the computer. I hope this helps. If not let me know I will need so more info. Good Luck.
