Unable to play songs

Double check and ensure that these songs you are trying to play are compatible formats for the Samsung Yepp. This device supports MP3, and WMA formats. This would explain why the songs won't properly load as well as why the device hangs on the file transfer. This is common for it because in the process of file transfer it does "interpreting" this is a process in which the language readable by the computer such as MP3(Windows) is changed to MP3(Samsung) because they can't fit that operating system on their device it has to read it differently.
