SOURCE: Folding up Cosco play yard

you also need to hold one of the middle indicator tabs on the longer side..because if you don't do that it will not shut... and make sure the 2 legs go inside with the center of the play pen

SOURCE: Folding up Cosco play yard

My wife and I have the same model for visits by our granddaughter. She was having the same trouble as were you and, like you, we did not have instructions.

I'm happy to share with you what I found to close the model up for storage. It may not be the same as what the manufacturer envisioned but it worked for us.

-- With the pad removed from the inside of the Pack n Play, pull up on the red handle so as to loosen the legs;

-- Next, you will find there is a big button in the middle of each of the long sides of the Pack n Play. Start with either long side. You will have to press very hard on either side of that button; I found it helpful to use both hands, one pressing on the outside of the playpen, the other hand pressing on the inside of the playpen. Pressing these together will loosen the long support arm at the open top of the Pack n Play.

-- Do the same for the opposite long side.

-- You will also do the same, one button, one side at a time, for each of the two short sides of the Pack n Play.

-- Now pull up on the red handle in the middle, and guide the four corners so they meet and close.

-- Cover.

I found the buttons may not have fully allowed the support arms to collapse, thus blocking the Pack n Play from folding down completely. If so, try pressing the button again (both the outside and the inside at the same time).

Hope this helps!

SOURCE: Graco swing not working, I'm trying to open the motor box.

You need to remove the center of the part the connects to the chair. Use a thin screwdriver to pry it out a little, slide the screwdriver into the center and then pry each of the two tabs outward from the center. As you unhook it, you will be able to pry it out and then the attachment mechanism will pull off.

My ingenuity Baby swing won’t swing but plays music please help me

Hello, Ivan -

Even though the swing plays music, if it is running on battery power, the batteries may still need to be replaced.

From:
Manual for Ingenuity InLighten Cradling Swing
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1214138/Kids-Ii-Ingenuity.html#manual
Page 8
(Quote)
Weak batteries cause erratic product operation, including distorted sound, dimming or failed lights, and slow or non-working motorized parts. Because each electrical component requires a different operating voltage, replace the batteries when any function fails to operate.
(End quote)

If yours is not the InLighten Cradling Swing model, it will help to know which model your swing is. You can choose Comment and type the model name in the Comment box.

If you do not find my answer helpful, I suggest you contact the Kids2 Customer Service. Ingenuity products are made by Kids2 (also known as Kids II). This is the link to the Kid2 Contact Us page:

I AM USING SOMEONE ELSE'S SWAY & PLAY. HOW DO I CHANGE THE BATTERIES AND WHAT SIZE ARE THEY?

tools needed : 1 Phillips head screw driver, 4 d cell batteries.

as you look at the swing, from the front, you will see a mobile set into the side of the leg on the RIGHT side.
it's the leg with the on off switch.
insert the screwdriver through the hole in the mobile and into the screw inset at the top of the leg. You will see that it's at the top of a rectangular door..this is the battery door.
unscrew the 1 screw and remove the door. the mobile will come off as it's attached to that door. change the batteries and put the door back on and re-install the screw.

hope this helps!

I can't figure out how to switch from position 1 to position 2.

U have to grab the bar and like pull out and move it back and forth between positions. If your sitting in front of the swing(chid facing you) grab bar and pull away from you and move seat. Might have to hold the little side thing that says one and two to keep it still.
