Simpson Polaris oven light staying on?

It's possible that the wiring of the new light unit is causing the issue with the light staying on even when the oven is not in use. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
  1. Double-check the wiring of the new light unit to ensure that it was installed correctly. Make sure that the wires are connected to the correct terminals and that there are no loose connections.
  2. Check the light switch to make sure that it is functioning properly. The switch may be stuck in the "on" position or may be faulty, causing the light to stay on even when the oven is not in use.
  3. If the wiring and switch are both functioning properly, it's possible that there is a problem with the control board or relay that controls the oven light. A professional technician may need to diagnose and repair any faulty components.
  4. Alternatively, you can try resetting the oven by turning off the power to the appliance for a few minutes and then turning it back on again. This can sometimes resolve issues with electronic controls.
If you're unsure of how to perform any of these steps or are uncomfortable working with electrical components, it's recommended to contact a professional technician for assistance.

I have a whirlpool accubake duo, super capacity 465 and when I try to bake something the oven wont stay on...how do I get the oven to stay on

What do you mean that it wont stay on? Does it turn off and on during cooking? Does it just go off and wont come back on? The oven thermostat regulates the heat in the oven and the oven element and the oven indicator light will turn off and on during cooking. If it stayed on constantly on full oven element power everything would burn.

Fan and light work, oven stays cold

one of three things are possible:either you are missing part of your 240volts at input power,or a bad neutral power wire to heating element,an oven temp control,or the thermocouple that controls oven temp
