Question about Heating & Cooling
I am trying to replace a old mercury thermostat with a honeywell model rth3100c My old thermastat has a white wire going to W2, yellow to Y, green to G, red to R, orange to O, nothing to C or E. This is for a Heat Pump The new thermostat has terminals E, Aux,Y,G,O,L,R,B,and C Can anyone help? Thanks Bill
Bill ..You dont have a heat pump.This controller will not work for a conventional system. Get the right thermostat
