Question about Dell 922 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have replaced my black ink cartridge and it will not register with the printer. It will not print. I have tried several times to align the printer, but it tells me that there is an alignement problem. It asks me to remove the tape or troubleshoot the problem. There is no tape and I have tried to troubleshoot. No such luck. HELP!!!
I read that the cartridges have sensors in them from Dell. When you buy a reman cartridge of refill them, the printer is still picking up the same level as when it was empty. The only way I know to resolve this is to pay $$$$ more for the Dell cartridges.
Yet another reason I will never buy Dell again.
