Question about Whirlpool GEW9250 Electric Dryer
My whirlpool dryer model- ygew 9250 pwo will light up anh the status is sensing when I control on button but it won't start. Have you seen this problem and do you have a solution?

When this problem occurs are the small lights on very dim? If so I would turn off the power and remove the top off the dryer. Then re-seat the 4 ribbon cables on the display board. Alot of people replace the front panel or control boards when the problem really is the ribbon cables. If the LED's are not lit dim then you may need to replace one of the two boards.
