First , do the headlamps work ? There is a fuse for the headlamp switch F2.17 - 15 amp located in the central junction box ( inside the vehicle fuse box ) also F2.7 a 30amp . . When you turn on the headlamps or just park lamps the dash lights an the running light's should come on . I see in the wiring diagram that there is a microprocessor involved in the operation of the lights . Also i see there is a relay PARK LAMP relay located in the vehicle security module .

SOURCE: changing instrument panel light bulbs

You have to remove the entire cluster assembly to get to the bulbs, there is no other way, no room for this man's hand at the back.

SOURCE: where can I find the fuse box that is supposed to be under the instrument panel on the driver side

You have to lay on your back under the steering wheel (pain!!) and get a flashlight ..... its under there. Just a STUPID location. (close to the plastic cover aroung the steering wheel shaft)

SOURCE: Where is the fuse for the instrument panel back

The tail lights and the dash lights are on the same fuse, so , if you don't have dash lights then there is a good chance that your tail lights are out too. There is a fuse in the fuse box on the drivers side end of dashboard, which can only be accessed if the door is open, replace the one marked "tail lamps " and see if this doesn't fix it.

What must i do for tail lights and dash to work on F150 2006

You should check and / or replace the 15 amp mini-fuse. It is in location #6 on the fuse panel under the instrument panel. 15 amp mini fuses are blue in color. Usually, but not always, you can tell if a mini fuse is burnt out by removing it and looking through the clear plastic to see if the fusible link is intact or open (burnt).

If it is labled, it may read "Parklamps, BSM, Instrument panel illumination"
Below is an image map of the fuse panel for a 2006 F-150.

2006 Chrysler T&C dash lights don't come on, at night cannot see buttons or switches... Is this a fus isse, which one?

It is most likely a fuse and it will be labeled as the instrument panel or running lights fuse. Sometimes it is connected with the cigarette lighter. Hope this helps!

The dome light will not come on when I open the doors.

Try the flat button above the round knob that controls the instrument panel. It sort of looks like a switch plate but its actually a switch.

Headlight won't come on

The headlights have 2 fuses. One is a main power feed under the hood in the distrabution box and the other is under the dashboard. Check the fuses and then check for power at the switch. If you have power at the switch then its not a fuse its the switch and the trailer you had connected most likely shorted and back fed into the parking and dash light circuit. Those circuits also run from the light switch.

No Instrument Panel Lights

The instrument panel has an internal short.
This is very common failure with the instrument cluster. You need to take to the dealer for repairs.
