Try puting the handbreak on, or makeing sure that the handbreak cable is connected.....

I AM ASSUMING THAT YOU HAVE A BACKUP CAMERA CONNECTED AND IF SO YOU COULD TRY RESETTING THE UNIT BY EITHER PRESSING THE RECESSED BUTTON ON THE FASCIA OR REMOVING THE POWER FOR A FEW MIN'S OR THE TOUCH PANEL MAY HAVE BECOME OPEN CIRCUIT WHICH WOULD REQUIRE REPLACEMENT
