Your OS might have been corrupted, resetting will not help on your problem. Hopefully you have a recent back up then you can wipe your phone following the instrcution at http://www.blackberryfaq.com/index.php/How_do_I_wipe_the_BlackBerry_using_Jl_Cmder%3F
