Think there may be a float switch on there, it should be at the bottom of the dishwashers tub. check power supply if have power going to panel then it is assumed that theirs a short in wiring somewhere if no power to unit check your breaker or power connection
E3 fault is caused by the water reaching the required temperature or taking too long to reach temperature. It will be either a malfunction of the temperature sensor or something wrong with the heating element.
It is very likely the fault is coming from the water heater element.
Will need to replace the two heating elements. Maybe a bit hard to get the parts. Your best bet online is Partsmaster. But not sure if your model is still supported. call them up.
All codes E01, E02, E03, E04 and E05 all indicate a power module failure. Please test the following with the VOM. Sounds like a door switch problem here. Make sure you door closes and latches properly. If it does, you must gain access to your door switches and check for proper continuity and OPS of switches. Can also be a keypad or control issue, but make sure your switches are good first. Of course you must test the output outlet from wall, reset the c. breaker see the diagram attached, observe the polarity very IMPORTANT. God bless you
