Question about Westinghouse Refrigerators
Does anyone know if I have changed the thermostat and my fridge keeps freezing what it might be?
If u change the thermostat and it keeps freezing the heater or timer are bad

If it is an electronic thermostat it could be that the engineer has changed the board but not the sensor which reads the temp. If it is a mechanical thermostat it may be hes fitted the wrong type.It could also be that the system is short of refrigerant and the actual refrigerant charge is not getting all the way to the thermoststs sensor to switch it off, the back wall of the fridge should be frosted at least 3/4 of the way down and not just forming in a small part of the fridge.
