the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

It might be that you are trying to capture a signal, when the software is set to capture another form of signal. Try switching the format of the capture on Adobe.

Why cant i upload my diamond one touch capture card to youtube pleeese help

Youtube, by default supports major video formats like MPG, AVI, MOV, WMV etc. If you are trying to load the .VOB files it may not support.

Try converting your videos to Youtube acceptable formats (mpg, avi, mov or wmv) and try uploading again. Also remember the maximum playback length of your videos shall be 15mins only.

Unable to transmit my image

You really aren't telling us a lot of information. If you can get a picture onto the notebook then it's got to be stored somewhere. Try taking the picture, then saving it. Now you can use e-mail to send the picture as an attachment.

Capturing MPEG-1 with Diamond VC500

After more thorough testing I think I partially solved the issue...
The Bad News:
Diamond wrongly promotes in multiple places that it only captures in MPG 1, 2 and 4.
Also most of the settings in the "Setup" tab capture a format different than is labeled. Here are my findings translated: DVD= MPG#, SVCD=MPG#, VCD=MPG1?, MPG4=MPG4, AVI=AVI...etc
The Good News:
After understanding their cryptic format names, you can capture in 8 different formats!! And the format I was interested in was AVI so I'm happy. :)
